- Salted Macadamia: Caramel and Macadamia, with Murray Basin Salt in caramel chocolate
- Pepperberry: spicy Tasmanian Pepperberry and Murray Basin Salt Flakes in Peruvian Dark Chocolate [Vegan]
- Wild Wattleseed: A mix of Acacia Victoriae (nutty, coffee-like sweetness) and Acacia Longifolia (popcorn undernotes) blended with Cacao Trace Milk Chocolate
